Life in General

0 min read
Life's weird. I know that comes as an understatement to a lot of people, especially on this site or in the art community in general. But it is. I haven't written on here in over a year. I'd call it laziness, but it's kinda the opposite. Real life kicked in so hard I found it hard to either remember or even have time to rant on here like I used to. I'm not even sure who I'm talking to right now. Or anyone who listens/cares anymore. A lot's happened. Tumultuous stuff. 1: - Lost my first two jobs. Cos Local Councils are hats of the ass variety. 2: - Got two new ones. Twice as many hours and double the pay. 3: - Twelve Hour shifts. Six days

Being an Adult.

0 min read
I don't like it. Being an adult means I have to constantly worry about money and how little I earn of it. Being an adult means I still can't afford a place of my own yet, when my younger sister is already married and moved out of the house into one of her own. Being an adult means I worry about what little future I have and whether I'm being a useless money sucking waste of space loser. Being an adult means I don't get to draw when I like anymore. Means I have two minimum wage jobs that drawing - even during breaks - gets me a stern look and an even sterner warning. There are no jobs that will employ me to draw. None. Zip. Nada. The wo

You know what? Screw it. Since nothing is happening at all in my life right now apart from begging for money and work, and my creativity is at an all time low, I might as well, I need the inspiration/practice. *First five people to comment on the Journal will get a pencil sketch from me. It can be of whatever you want. It'll be uploaded to Scraps, so look out* 1. Haseos = NaotoXYu Persona 4. 2. MrWhiteKnight = Blastoise. 3. Oh-Mrs-O = Old drawing done new. 4. ZK-ZombieKitty = Girl raising dragons. 5. MidnightsCastedAngel = OC Yaakov. Since this has for some inexplicable reason become popular, I'm adding another 5 places, to give me

Thank you very much! I was away on holiday and only home now, so only saw your message today! Thank you!
You're welcome! S'all good!
Hope your day was awesome!
Not sure if you're still on here but, you've always been a big inspiration to me ever since I first started using DA back in the early 2000's. Stay rocking your stuff's great.
Thank you so very much. I still check the site frequently, I just have a very busy life now with no where near as much time to do art as I did duiring the early 2000's. I'm humbled to know you think of me as an inspiration, and from looking at your gallery, it looks like you've vastly outstripped me in terms of talent, effort and creativity! Keep up the good work!
Thank you again for the kind words, that was very thoughtful. : )
